Setting up the International Football Skills Test couldn’t be easier — and we’re going to walk you through it right now.
All you need are seven cones, a goal, and a ball. First, head to the corner of the penalty area.
Mark out a five-metre square using four cones. That’s your starting zone for short passing, volley touches and kick-ups.
Next, move twenty-five metres along the edge of the penalty area. Place two cones, spaced four metres apart — this is your dribble sprint and long-pass channel.
Then, continue another twenty-five metres and drop the final cone. That’s your long sprint marker.
